STEM Education and Innovation (STEMEIC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization registered in Virginia that was created in January 2015 by Christina Clark. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing inequalities, and we aim to advance the overall efforts of the after-school sector to resolve inequities.

Our mission is to ensure that all youth have access to affordable and quality afterschool programs through hands-on experiences that excite and engage students in the rigor of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and equip the future workforce with essential life skills for their careers.

Our vision is to reach 20% of the youth in our community and inspire them to develop a healthy, creative, and intellectual lifestyle that will prepare them for their future.
